Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 9 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are shipped once payment has been received.
Despite all the care taken in the preparation and rapid shipment of your orders, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays by our carriers (strikes, holiday periods, public holidays, closure of the post office, etc.)
Deliveries are made via the Colissimo service of La Poste, within 48 / 72h for mainland France. The shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and calculated at a flat rate according to the territories.

All products are checked before shipment and are shipped in perfect condition.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the conformity of the products received upon receipt of the order and to notify us within 3 days of delivery if a product is missing or damaged. No complaint will be accepted after this period and we will be released from any liability.

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to exchange or return your items to us (the return costs are the responsibility of the customer). If you would like to return your artwork to us, send us an email to email@example.com.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
